Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 3 days of contacting us. We will provide a return address.

2. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the item MUST be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. There will be a 15% deduction fee for restocking.

4. The item(s) MUST be returned with a tracking number.

5. As soon as item arrived, we will inspect and process a refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business for funds to show back into your card/account.
