SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 (US Only).

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (upgrades available at customer's expense) from our Sacramento, CA studio, which takes approximately 2-5 business days for delivery within the US.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Read our Return Policy for additional terms and conditions.

We don't accept exchanges. 

PACKAGING:

All single item ordered come packaged in a 3.5x3.5x1 in gift box. If ordered more than one items, it may not come with a gift box, unless requested.

JEWELRY CARE:

Below are some recommended jewelry care instructions:

1. Keep away from moisture (no water, lotion, or perfume).
2. Remove jewelry when bathing, showering, or swimming.
3. When not in use, the jewelry should be neatly stored.

FAQ: Why do the care instructions say to keep away from water if the jewelry listing says it's "waterproof"?

Answer: All our jewelry with a stainless-steel base is waterproof. The care instructions above are best practices as all metal types become dull after prolonged exposure to moisture.
